The Screen Printing process includes several steps.
Step 1: What do you want on your garment? Where do you want it printed on the garment? How many colors are involved in your design?
Step 2: After you, the customer, has approved all of the artwork, film positives are digitally produced. From the film positives, one screen is produced for each color to be imprinted.
Step 3: After the screens are made, a test print is then made to check the quality and accuracy of the print.
Step 4: The shirts are printed, run through a conveyor dryer to cure the ink into the shirt, inspected then boxed to be sent to you.
